Steijn grows the number of users on HealthTap and promoting high levels of engagement, so he hired an ambitious Growth Team in digital health—designers, engineers, data scientists, and product marketers, all collaborating closely to deliver results. Every morning, they discuss their game plan in a stand-up scrum, then proceed to brainstorm, prioritize, ship, and analyze one experiment after another. Close-knit and open-minded, Steijn’s team makes magic acquiring, activating, engaging, and retaining users.
