Megan began her career as an Asian studies major with a focus on China. After living in Beijing, she made the mistake of entering into the financial planning industry—an experience that left her very unhappy. A few friends told her she should go into Sales, and so Megan decided to try it. She was put in touch with HealthcareSource—and the rest is history.

Business Development Representative
Megan works with the rest of her Business Development Team, the account executives that work with HealthcareSource customers, and, occasionally, with regional sales managers. Megan’s main role is to do a lot of cold contacting—outbound emails and phone calls—in order to educate prospective clients about the HealthcareSource platform and all the ways it can help with talent acquisition and management.
