Rosa’s path to HCSC was an unusual bit of chance. Rejoining civilian life after a stint in the Army—where she studied diesel mechanics—Rosa met HCSC’s recruiters at a job fair. Initially interested in the opportunity to help people through an established company, it was the family atmosphere she sensed that convinced her to join.
Coming to work after her early morning run, Rosa spends the majority of her day involved in research. The time flies quickly as she diligently hits her quotas, always trying to complete as many claims as possible, calling members to verify details and ensuring that providers get paid and service flows to those who need it.
