After graduating with an MIS degree, Lisa moved to Texas, looking for a change of scenery, and applied to HCSC on advice from friends and recruiters, knowing the company was a great place to gain large-scale IT experience. Quickly falling in love with the culture, Lisa has stayed through 10 years, gaining knowledge and promotions along the way.
Working in a cross-team environment and connecting with overseas customers, means that Lisa begins her days early—with phone calls and meetings. After gathering her team to discuss and resolve individual project challenges over coffee, Lisa spends the majority of her time in collaborative efforts aimed at increasing efficiency and minimizing expenses for customers.
