Joining over 10 years ago, Jennifer started as an administrative assistant for an executive director in IT before training and transitioning into her current IT role.
Jennifer enjoys great flexibility as a telecommuter while always feeling connected to her manager. Working with her team, Jennifer improves the user experience for groups like the Teacher Retirement Group—taking user feedback, creating a change-order, and overseeing the approval process, eventually leading to the execution of the change-release for new features.
