After earning both her bachelor’s in information systems, and her master’s in IT from DePaul, Bridget joined a small consulting firm, where she ran the IT Department for eight years. Honing her talents, Bridget realized her favorite part of the job was connecting businesses to IT, so when a program management role at HCSC presented itself, she took it.
Working in the Enterprise Project Management Office, Bridget sees through new initiatives that focus on the engagement of business and IT. Collaborating closely with a Program Integration Team to divide workloads, Bridget spends the majority of her time in meetings, pulling teams together to reach a goal—like implementing new Medicaid services in Texas.
“It’s inspiring to work for a company and alongside colleagues, that truly believe in the value of giving back to the communities we serve.”
“I’m really excited about the opportunities that lay ahead of us, regarding the changing market demands—to provide health care more broadly, at a lower price point, to better serve our members.”
