With a background in inventory planning, Tim had extensive work experience in San Francisco retail companies. When a former co-worker connected with him on LinkedIn, Tim learned more about her current employer, Hanna Andersson. After being impressed with how the company treated its employees, Tim joined the Hanna team four months later.

Tim balances requests from Hanna Andersson headquarters and retail locations. His team has worked with consultants to set up a new planning and allocations system that helps maximize sales without leaving excess merchandise when seasons end. While the work can be challenging, Tim enjoys how he can think in new ways to solve problems.
