As a Project Manager, Darrin really appreciates Guggenheim's down-to-earth work culture. Darrin reports an openness among Guggenheim's management and employees that really gets things done. Being able to cut across teams and work together freely and flexibly positively boosts creative confidence—and allows employees to make real progress at the firm.
As projects vary, Darrin's focus changes from day to day. Generally, he meets with project groups—defining details like future state road designs and operational workflows—before having decision meetings with stakeholders. Darrin co-plans with trade settlements, accounting and reconciliations within Operations, portfolio managers and traders within Investments, and clients’ representatives within Distribution—all team members serving different roles based on the specific projects goals.
“What excites me about Guggenheim is the growth potential of the firm. Even though we're well established, we still consider ourselves a very young company with room to grow—and have a lot of goals for the future.”
