Growing up, Steven’s dream jobs included scientist, lawyer, and playwright. He knew from a young age that his interests were varied and searched for studies that would incorporate a variety of skills. In college he discovered his calling in the combination of marketing and economics, enjoying the culmination of creative thinking, consumer behavior, analytics, and numbers.
Steven’s day consists of three components—analysis, optimization, and action. By studying different program performance metrics, he’s able to decipher what is and what isn’t in line with GrubHub's current strategies. From there, Steven’s able to work closely with each department to implement new changes or encourage continued initiatives—all while consistently acquiring new customers.
