When a friend recommended she apply for a position at the Soho Grand Hotel, Natalie jumped at the chance. She was hired as a cocktail server, a role in which she could enjoy meeting people from all over the world. After two years, Natalie developed an interest in an Entertainment Sales Coordinator position—the perfect fit.

Natalie spends her days reaching out to prospective clients to bring the best entertainment possible to the Soho Grand. When she books a band or actor to stay at the hotel, Natalie makes sure they have a great experience as well—and that they think of their hotel as their New York City home away from home.
