Rodney received his bachelor’s degree in computer science from Coppin State University before moving on to earn a master’s in engineering from George Washington University. Once he was out in the workforce forging a career for himself, a recruiter reached out and presented Rodney with the opportunity to support the DoD community, using cutting-edge tech tools at Graham Technologies.
Rodney and his team work in sprints, the length of which depends on the project. Together, they create actual products and services from people’s ideas. Rodney follows each project through every stage of its lifecycle, beginning with design and development and continuing all the way through to implementation and long-term maintenance.
