Silver knew from a young age that he wanted a career in sales. By age 15, he’d already tested the retail waters. So as soon as he graduated with a degree in business administration, Silver hit the ground running at Goosehead and went through its leadership development program. Now, Silver plans to work toward titles that don’t even exist yet.
Silver’s job can be divided into two categories—marketing himself to referral partners and selling to those leads once a relationship has been established. Silver appreciates insurance because it’s something people need—he considers himself a resource to help people get the best value. When he isn’t connecting with clients, Silver also mentors new hires.
