Interested in the company’s mission, Jacqueline reached out to recruiters to begin the interview process, and was instantly impressed by the business culture at Goosehead Insurance.

She comes in early every morning, then strategically divides her daily goals into two main tasks—first following up on open tasks from the previous days, then taking service requests and making updates for the rest of her day.
