Chase joined Goosehead as an Account Executive after studying economics and dabbling in business development. Though he appreciated his training, Chase really connected to the company’s transparent interview process—which felt more like an immersive project that showed him Goosehead’s multiple financial product offerings. This diversity and room to make the position his own helped Chase earn a promotion a year later.
As part of the Franchise Sales Team, Chase spends the majority of his days prospecting through calls and social media before setting up face-to-face meetings. Since Chase plays a major part in helping Goosehead expand, travel is part of his monthly itinerary. In addition to enjoying that sightseeing lifestyle, Chase also appreciates when his prospects make it back to Goosehead on Discovery Days.
