What Jeff Does
Partner, Tech Practice & IP Transactional Practice
Jeff spends a good part of his day on the phone with clients, often giving on-the-fly advice to clients who are facing a new situation. He spends about a third of his time on commercial transactions relevant to the company making money, another third on fundraising and acquisitions, and the rest on whatever’s needed, including IP advice—since he was one of the partners who kicked off Goodwin’s IP practice.
