What Stephen Does
Vice President, Consumer Retail
Stephen’s primary role is to multitask across multiple strategic projects and administer positive mentorship to his younger peers straight out of college and business school. He constantly improves deliverables for clients—his motto? It’s better to work smarter and be more efficient than to work harder and fail to meet expectations.

“The culture at Goldman Sachs allows you to push outside your comfort zone. Even when you come into meetings, you’re expected to come with an opinion. But we make sure that you’re never going at it alone.”
