What Chelsea Does
Project Manager, Business Architecture
Chelsea always enjoys a good challenge at work. Her schedule varies each day, whether she arrives to the office reading hundreds of emails or attends a multitude of meetings in the morning. Informal networking with peers, however, is an essential tool that helps Chelsea get projects done and navigate through Goldman Sachs’ meritocratic culture.

“Goldman Sachs is truly a collaborative place. Before we leave for the day, I always ask everyone if there’s anything else I can do to help out. We don’t want one person taking the brunt of the work and responsibilities here.”
