Chelsea is a Wesleyan University graduate with a Middle Eastern studies degree. During her sophomore year, she interned on the Goldman Sachs Global Leadership & Diversity Team. By the end of her senior year, Chelsea was offered a full-time role on the same team, continuing her work advancing employees’ leadership and management skills.
Managing people is a multifaceted process at Goldman Sachs. Chelsea designs programs that allow senior managers to tackle their specific leadership challenges head-on. Every leader has a different set of needs, and Chelsea works to understand them all, assisting senior leaders to better oversee their teams and businesses—and the organization as a whole.
