At GlobalGiving, no good deed goes unnoticed. Bells sit on every employee’s desk—extra handy for a celebratory ring every time a non-profit qualification, new company deal, happy donor, or an employee grad school acceptance announcement is made. Employees give Kudos bars to colleagues for jobs well done at any given time—always recognizing big and small wins and supporting great performances and achievements.
Weekly team meetings are a long-standing tradition at GlobalGiving—started during its earliest stages—they're the one hour every week when everyone unites—no matter what—to collectively strategize the company’s future. Beginning with a ‘moment of bliss,’ team members share positive work encounters then openly add any subject to the agenda that they feel needs the group’s attention.
“We’re looking for every member of our team to pose new ideas, bring fresh perspectives, and help us take steps forward.”
“Employees that do well at GlobalGiving have a sense of humor and are incredibly hardworking. They’re people that are passionate about the work that we’re doing and the space we’re trying to influence.”
