Sean knew from an early age that his career would involve fixing, building, or scientific experimentation. After becoming a developer, he checked two of those three boxes. And after interviewing with a developer at Geico, Sean knew he had found the place to do that fixing and building—since he could sense the compatibility in seconds.

By 8 AM, Sean’s suited up and ready to keep Geico’s mobile app on top by squashing programming bugs or beefing up system capabilities. He handles both long-term project deployments and daily fixes and upgrades—which keep him especially busy if a Release Morning is in sight. Luckily, those are his favorite days in the office.
