Carolyn completed GEICO’s Emerging Leaders Program right after graduating from the University of Illinois. In the program, Carolyn trained with different departments every six months before beginning her management career. Afterwards, she was asked to oversee a new team of internal digital designers, and she’s taken the lead in creating seamless web and mobile experiences.

Carolyn spends most of her day in meetings with other project teams, working to create beautiful digital experiences for GEICO’s customer-facing applications. Carolyn’s team of designers, UX researchers, and developers are part of the IT organization, so they work closely with GEICO’s engineers to make their ideas come to life.
