GCG launched new professional development and continuing education programs. Informal mentor relationships are now solidified into a formal program. Additionally, staff in the IT departments can get certification trainings in new technology. GCG’s new initiatives show that there’s always time to grow and learn in any career.
From team awards to board game breaks, the crew at GCG’s Ohio office have their fair share of fun. On one team, co-workers get together for monthly “pizzanary” lunches—the team orders pizza and competes in a quick game of Pictionary during their lunch hour. It’s become a great way for staff to recharge.
