Applicant Advice
When Stuart is searching for a new engineer, he’s not so concerned with how many design languages the applicant can code in. What he’s really interested in is how passionate they are about perfecting their projects. He believes that continually trying to improve a product, long after it’s launched, shows the kind of passion and determination that works well in the GapTech organization.

What Stuart Does
Director, Software Engineering
After Stuart drops his children off at school, he arrives at the office around 9:30 AM—just in time for the morning Stand-Up Meeting. Stuart and his team collaborate to test various new software programs and implement changes based on test results and design feedback. By prioritizing projects with the biggest risk, Stuart’s able to quickly turn around top tech programming and keep GapTech innovative.
