Before coming to Gallup, Kara spent her career helping tech startups build their product strategies. While she knew Gallup as a polling company, she hadn’t realized that Clifton StrengthsFinder— a tool she had used five years prior—was one of the company’s products. Once she made that connection, she knew it was the place for her.
Kara gets into the office around 8 AM. Her day starts with a team stand-up to assess priorities for the week and month ahead. Kara spends the rest of the day looking over new product mock-ups, doing demonstrations, and analyzing data results to see how products can work even better.
