Savino went to DeVry University to obtain his bachelor’s degree in computer information systems. He learned about Frontline Education through an online job posting and applied. Savino used to work at a grocery store and as a pharmacy technician while attending college, and he credits those experience with teaching him how to supply great customer service to anyone.

Savino comes to the office in the morning, checking his inbox for any tickets from the day before and making sure he’s ready to chat online with eager clients as soon as possible. His main goal at Frontline Education is to progress professionally and tackle any new challenges that come his way.
