Kristen graduated from Northeastern Illinois University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Through Frontline Education’s professional development program, she’s now pursuing her MBA at National Louis University to improve her leadership and analytical skills. Kristen previously worked as a business manager for ASPEX Solutions, which was eventually acquired by Frontline Education.

A typical day in Kristen’s shoes entails negotiating with clients throughout the day on the scope, schedule, and resources needed to complete their projects. She interacts with various departments, such as the Client Services and Development Teams, on managing priorities and project updates—and staying on top of her tasks at all times.
