With a background in broadcasting and graphic design, Jonathan started his career in sports as the Production Manager and Entertainment Director of a minor league baseball team. He then started his own video production company, but it was his sister-in-law who pulled him in for the opportunity to work at Frontline Education.
It may sound cliche, but Jonathan strives to ensure that every person who uses a Frontline Education solution has a truly delightful experience. He spends his days—taking a break every now and then to play ping-pong or wage a Nerf war—designing products that are easy to use and empower people to reach their goals.
“I’m not the kind of person who’s looking to get put in a box or be in a cubicle. I think the opportunities that Frontline has provided me, the people here, and the fun that we have has really made this a place that’s sustainable to work at for a long time.”
“I’ve had managers who from day one really cared not just about me getting the job done—although that is important—but about me actually growing as a person and in my career.”
