After studying youth ministry in college, Jesse went on to get a master’s degree in theology. He never imagined himself in the education technology field, but he was intrigued by the opportunity to learn something new and teach it to other people. He joined Frontline Education on the ground floor—and has no plans of leaving anytime soon.
The key to being good client services representatives is having a genuine love for people. Jesse doesn’t see the clients he works with as projects. He sees them as people—people who need his help. He works alongside each of them to ensure any issue they come across is handled with the utmost attention and care.
“There’s a fear in a lot of companies that as they grow, the culture is going to change or go out the window, but that hasn’t been true for Frontline Education.”
“Frontline Education is really dedicated to quality of life in the workplace, and that’s huge for me. I have a family that I absolutely love and adore, and it’s hard to tear me away from them, but I’m happy to come to a place that offers a quality of life within these walls. That’s what gets me here every day with a smile on my face.”
