When Conrad’s optimistic dreams to become a world-traveling writer didn’t work out, he followed his friend’s awesome advice and explored opportunities at Frontline Education. Lacking a technical background, Conrad worried he’d be the wrong fit. He was pleasantly surprised to find Frontline Education was more focused on personality than experience—and willing to teach him the technology.

Well-prepared to handle the unexpected, Conrad anticipates new adventures each day. Between 8 AM and 8:30 AM, he wraps up yesterday’s pending issues, then lends a hand to resolve any major team issues. Conrad provides team mentorship and heads collaborative meetings with product owners and developers—primarily addressing technical support concerns for Frontline Education's Aesop software.
