After graduating from the University of Michigan, Scott hit the ground running, gaining extensive marketing experience in the auto industry. Scott first took a job with Saturn, where he helped execute new car launches. Scott was then able to apply his auto expertise as the Global Director of Digital Marketing for General Motors before later moving to Fortegra.

When Scott arrives to work in the morning, he first checks his WorkZone dashboard—an online project management tool. After evaluating his daily tasks and goals, Scott partakes in various strategy meetings and writes marketing briefs for the company—focusing on his overarching goal to develop Fortegra's brand recognition and consistency as the company consolidates and grows.
