Madison majored in marketing at San Francisco State University. During her last semester, a FiveStars recruiter reached out to her about a sales position. Unsure if it was what she wanted, Madison visited the office for an interview—and quickly fell in love with the people and culture of the company.
Madison's days begin in a sales scrum meeting. In addition to discussing goals, the team also uses this time to play Pictionary or charades and chant their group mantra in order to get pumped up for the day. After that, it’s straight on to phone calls and meetings, informing companies of how FiveStars can benefit their businesses.
“I was looking for a solid group of co-workers that I could call friends and family—people who appreciated me for who I am—and I found that here.”
“In sales, it's easy to know how you're doing, and there's always someone there to help you. But ultimately, what's great is that there's trust in you, in the work that you can get done—and that freedom to actually do that on your own.”
