Jenn came to First Western Trust right after completing her college degree. She was attracted to—and ultimately joined—the company’s exclusive Professional Development Program, which allowed her to experience different parts of the financial services industry before choosing a specialty. Jenn was one of five applicants chosen for the program, and at its conclusion, she picked the Marketing Department.
Jenn’s days differ depending on which First Western Trust office she’s working with at the time. She sits with each department individually to determine location- and service-specific strategies before brainstorming and preparing actual advertising campaigns, complete with messaging, promotional materials, and multi-channel distribution that assist the organization in creating client success.
