Dimas made the switch to Financial Engines because he wasn’t comfortable with the way his previous role required him to sell people products rather than just offer honest advice. Dimas appreciated that Financial Engines acted solely from a fiduciary standpoint, instead of a sales standpoint.

Dimas begins his day responding to emails from team members in other departments who require his assistance with their clients. After that, he stays busy making outbound calls to people who have expressed an interest in asset management—or to existing clients, to ensure their plan is still on track.
