After graduating from high school in Westchester, New York, Tracy enlisted in the U.S. Navy, where she spent eight years, traveling the world, exposed to many different kinds of people. Upon completing her Navy service, Tracy switched careers and became a flight attendant. Tracy believes her experience in the skies honed her people skills—and helps her relate to FDM trainees.
A typical day for Tracy is a real juggling act. Her day-to-day work involves a chaotic mix of navigating the competing needs and questions of trainees, co-workers, and FDM clients. Her role requires patience and solid people skills, but luckily for FDM, Tracy has both of these qualities in excess.
