After studying business administration in Oregon, Caitlin was unsure of where her career path would take her. After moving to Los Angeles, she worked at a startup in the customer service arena where she developed a passion for curating uplifting customer experiences from a business perspective. Following that, she was introduced to FabFitFun and started her current position there.
As a customer experience director, Caitlin opens the FabFitFun office with her team. She ensures they are well-equipped and ready to turn any customer inquiry into a positive experience, regardless of what their call or email might be about. Additionally, Caitlin collects data from each customer contact to help improve the customer experience as a whole.
