After 27 years in the military, Jackie decided to hang up her tactical hat—but retirement didn’t suit her ambition. Once she decided to take on more work, Jackie attended a local job fair and met an Esri representative. After a great conversation, Jackie started the next phase of her career in educational services before moving to her current role.

Jackie operates as the bridge between customers and Esri by building a relationship that allows her to understand given business goals and challenges. Once she’s got a clear picture of the client’s business landscape, Jackie connects them with solutions or templates to help streamline workflows. Sometimes, she also loops in other internal teams—since every customer is different and has varying technology needs.
