Tom wanted to stay near family after finishing his degree and working as a consultant—so he set out to find a company that would allow him to be both technical and creative. Luckily, Tom found Epsilon, where he applied and started in the Leadership Development Program within a week.
Tom kicks off his days by meeting first with Senior Relationship Managers in order to evaluate and track current client needs. Once he’s got the full list, Tom helps strategize ways to meet individual clients’ objectives. He also contributes to impromptu projects—but still manages to squeeze in the occasional ping-pong game.
