Mayela studied marketing and psychology at Southern Methodist University before joining the Epsilon team as an Associate Business Analyst. She was originally drawn to the position for its trio of requirements that perfectly suited her experience—combining technology to achieve marketing goals while building deeper relationships. Now, Mayela heads the implementation of those very operations.
Mayela’s day starts with meetings to gather daily tasks from internal managers. Then she returns to her computer to run analyses on individual client offerings, which gives her a good idea of what is and isn’t working. By the time Mayela meets with clients to discuss problems, she’s already helped draft future solutions.
