Along with an extensive background in human resources, Kai studied business administration before earning her master’s in HR. After garnering over 15 years of expertise in the financial and manufacturing realms, she decided to add technology to her resume. Once Kai learned about Epsilon and its esteemed projects, she knew it was the perfect addition.
Kai gets into the office and almost immediately jumps on conference calls, which fill the majority of her day—and focus on employee retention, engagement, and performance. When she isn’t chatting with managers and leaders about day-to-day workflows, she’s brainstorming the next great idea to keep the company’s culture brimming with excitement and opportunity.
