As the team continues to grow internationally, EO makes a point of bringing all its employees together for Global Staff Week once a year. Held at Alexandria headquarters every summer, the week features different themes that help develop personal and professional growth, all while allowing employees from across the world to build the trademark teamwork and synergy that fuel the organization.

The Entrepreneurs’ Organization is a global community of leaders with a mission of engaging today’s business owners in all aspects of their journey. A peer-to-peer network of over 11,000 members, EO offers resources like global events, leadership development programs, an online entrepreneur forum, and executive education opportunities to help budding entrepreneurs grow professionally.
At most companies, employees build their life around their work—however, at EO, employees build their work around their life. EO’s liberal teleworking policy and abundance of home-office based jobs gives employees a flexible working schedule and a level of autonomy that promotes innovation.
