Rene got into the entertainment industry at age 15, helping at an indie record label. He found that he loved the work and excelled at organization. As soon as he graduated high school, Rene jumped right into a full-time operations position—first overseeing two facilities for a nonprofit, then managing a 150-person PR office, before landing his current role.
Upon arriving at the office, Rene ensures that all common areas are tidy and that all kitchens and copy rooms are fully stocked. Throughout the day, he assists with any issues that arise, works on facilities projects—ranging from purchasing furniture to vetting vendors for office renovations—and develops operational processes, from Fire, Life & Safety programs to Business Continuity Plans to be implemented throughout the three facilities he oversees.
