Jay interned with a small entertainment agency while he was studying at the Harris Institute for the Arts. He loved working with the acts he grew up watching and listening to, and decided to stay on with the group post-graduation. Later, that organization was acquired by eOne, and Jay continued to climb the company ladder.
Jay project manages many of eOne Music's priority releases and searches for new talent for eOne’s global music division. After signing an artist, he works to create, release, and promote individual projects. Jay also works closely with counterparts in television and film divisions to create cross-collaborations, using company-copyrighted music in movies, commercials, TV series, and more.
