One of the favorite perks among eOne employees are the many film and TV screening opportunities that happen throughout the year. eOne’s Toronto office is equipped with a 29-seat theatre used for everything from free staff screenings of eOne’s latest titles to external promotional events, screenings for clients, and, occasionally, surprise celebrity visits. Across all its offices around the world, eOne ensures its employees have access to regularly view their latest projects.
Recently, eOne’s digital division rolled out a brand new initiative called “Check This Out.” Once a month, an office employee volunteers to talk to different departments about any topic they find personally interesting. Co-workers enjoy the opportunity to get together and socialize with one another while learning something enlightening.
