In his junior year of school, Matt decided to switch majors. Unsure what his next move might be, he began receiving articles in the mail from his mother about promising companies around the country. When Matt saw that Enterprise had taken over a competitor to become the largest car rental provider in the world, he was sold.
Matt divides his days between three areas of focus. He oversees special global projects like customer service training programs, supports talent development professionals at local levels, and works with a team of media professionals on everything from video development to online learning support. It’s Matt’s main goal to support the needs of the business and its global workforce through talent development and learning strategies.
