With no knowledge about HR, Regan was apprehensive to join Entelo. She was employed previously at a predictive analytics company, working with proprietary algorithms. Entelo’s CEO reached out to Regan. She recalls it as the first best phone interview she had. After their conversation, Regan was blown away and was excited about the different opportunities Entelo presented.
Regan loves facing new challenges. At Entelo, she assesses the enterprise sales landscape and works with her team to make an impact. The Enterprise Sales Team focuses on both building new business relationships and growing current accounts. A favorite project she worked on in the past included cross-departmental collaboration with Entelo’s Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product Teams.
“If you don’t come from an HR background, do research about what HR technology is, who the major players are, and what the market looks like. That will translate in your interviews and will show us your genuine excitement for the work.”
