Kelly was referred to Entelo by a Director of Product from her previous workplace. The director relocated to Entelo and encouraged Kelly to apply. While the engineering interview process can be tedious, Kelly was surprised at how meaningful the experience was. After the process, she was excited to join a team she saw as a good culture fit.
