Anan began his career in the benefits industry with one of Empyrean’s biggest competitors. He eventually decided that he was more suited to something smaller, where his hard work would receive more visibility and he would be afforded more upward mobility. Anan knew he needed to make the switch, and joined Empyrean.
Anan’s daily mission is to assist internal Empyrean teams and external client partners with day-to-day problem solving. He works closely with account managers, program analysts, and business systems managers to configure and build new systems, make improvements to processes within existing products, and address any overarching client requests.
