Katie provides VIP treatment for high-profile customers who need occasional tech support. She typically fields the most requests when helping users migrate to new features Dyn has rolled out. Since Katie assists users directly, she sometimes works remotely or takes on a special project—but never misses an impromptu nerf gun fight.
