Riz always knew her career would include some aspect of marketing, so she studied it as Buckinghamshire New University before delving into online campaign management. After discovering she preferred B2B, Riz joined D&B on a contract basis—but was promoted within three months to a full-time position, combining her digital savvy with her first love.
Riz shapes the digital technology perspective by spending her days in meetings to plan that perspective's evolution. She works with HR, Sales, Marketing, and Product Teams to brainstorm upcoming launches and develop execution plans needed to get them off the ground. Then, she does it all again, since she handles at least two launches at once.
