Before joining Dun & Bradstreet, Karen was working for a medical company managing clinical research databases when she reconnected with a friend who’d started his own company, NetProspex. She came in for an interview and started working for the company part-time, but gradually took on more responsibilities and signed on full-time. Three years later, she, along with her 120 co-workers, became a part of the D&B family when the company acquired NetProspex.
Karen oversees the Engineering Team in the Sales and Marketing Solutions Group. She empowers and facilitates her various departments by working to give each team a clear mission and the tools to consistently push out new features for the organization's solutions. Karen also handles the engineering infrastructure—consolidating team efforts and fixing whatever systems issues arise.
